Covers all common psychiatric disorders including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity (ADHD), Depression, Anxiety, Psychosis, Bipolar, Borderline personality, and Substance Use disorders for Ages 8 and above. Appointments can be booked virtually or in person. If you don’t see an available time online that fits your schedule, I am generally able to accommodate for any other day of the week and also provide evening slots when contacted directly.
These appointments can serve multiple purposes:
Official diagnostic Assessment for mental health and substance use disorders
Medication management, renewal, or reassessment including tapering off psychiatric drugs
Form completion (e.g. disability tax credit, accommodations, sick notes, and OSAP forms)
Comprehensive blood testing and supplement optimization
Initial appointment for therapy or coaching
Appropriate referrals and guidance to navigate the system
This can be booked if you are a previous client. Follow ups can be booked in 15, 30, and 60 minute slots. $79 applies to the 15 minute appointment with it scaling up with time ($149 for 30 minutes, $229 for 60 minutes). For clients who have not connected for some time (6 months +) or significant medical/medication changes have occured since our last visit, I advise to book a 30 minute appointment to review changes. A 30 or 60 minute slot can also be booked with a coaching or psychotherapy focus. If you have a form you require me to fill out, I would appreciate being emailed a copy beforehand and my process is to complete this within an appointment together rather than independently without your input. Consistent and reliable follow up is offered as required - episodic and continued care are both supported.
