Includes comprehensive bloodwork panel and one follow up visit (15 min) for bloodwork review. We will assess medical and social history, allergies, lifestyle, symptoms, and medications during the first visit. A personalized plan with hormone treatments and lifestyle strategies will be discussed. Ongoing monitoring and long term care is offered through follow up appointments (15 minutes for $79) that can include medication prescriptions (e.g. testosterone injections or cream) and bloodwork panels. Long term clients connect every 3 months for their prescriptions and bloodwork check ins
